Experiential marketing and brand activations.
Conferences, festivals, launches, trade-show floors, and installations. We handle strategy, design, fabrication, logistics, talent, and the on-site technology, with the media that fills the seats.
Twenty years of digital saturation have pushed people back toward things that happen face to face. The shift is real, and it's why activation budgets keep growing while everything around them gets cut. Most activations are still bought in pieces: a production agency, a media team, a technology vendor, a strategy deck. We call our answer Full-Stack Activation: one team producing every layer, from the KPIs through the build, the labor, and the technology, so problems get caught in planning and the day itself feels effortless to everyone in it.
Full-Stack Activation is our name for orchestrating every layer of the in-person experience with one team. The idea and the KPIs, the design and the build, the logistics and the labor, and the technology powering it all. It's a closed-loop system, built to catch problems early, keep the schedule honest, and clear blockers before they reach the floor, so the day of feels feels effortless to everyone in the room.
Our Differentiators
Design, production and engineering, in-house.
Our specialists have worked race series, retail floors, festivals, and conferences. We've built the check-in software, the matchmaking kiosks, the Augmented Reality installations and the underlying technology running inside all of it.
We build the technology in the room
Touchscreen kiosks, matchmaking and wayfinding, check-in and registration, AR product viewers, interactive installations, all designed and engineered in-house rather than rented from a vendor.
We measure it in pipeline
We instrument the activation and wire it into your CRM, so captured interest lands as attributed records the same day, with lifecycle and follow-up already built. By the time the crew is packing, your revenue team already has the list.
Fluent in the unglamorous
Union labor jurisdictions, general service contractors, drayage and marshaling, freight windows, room blocks, airline meeting codes, and per-diem travel programs. Pricing those rules in at the start is what keeps a budget intact through load-in.
The full activation, from brief to breakdown.
Engagements range from a single activation to a full annual program. Everything below can be scoped on its own or as part of the whole.
Selected work. Our range is the point.
A national race series. A chef-led festival. Album campaigns that pulled 36 million streams. The range is the point.
A National Race Series - Two activations for a national race series: a touchscreen camera demo, and a POV rig producing slow-motion 360 clips racers shared tens of thousands of times.
A Chef-led Food Festival - We designed the site, integrated ticketing, and built a selection flow where guests picked their chefs and meals, generating a personalized itinerary per guest.
A Conference Matchmaking Kiosk - A conference-floor touchscreen that matched attendees to exhibitors on relevance rather than category, captured leads, and reported which pairings actually happened.
AR for a Streetwear Catalog - An augmented reality viewer inside a streetwear retailer's catalog, letting shoppers place product in their own space at true scale before buying.
Album launches as Playable Campaigns - Mobile games built to launch albums: a fishing game tied to streaming, an 8-bit side-scroller, and a mixtape contest that drove 36 million streams.
A Geo-social Album Campaign - A mobile web app where fans dropped messages at real map locations, layered with limited-edition merch drops, collectibles, and branded Instagram and TikTok filters.
Digital Storytelling for a Centennial - An interactive storytelling experience for a major airline's centennial, commissioned through a national publisher, running alongside the brand's physical celebration in Washington.
