• Conduct proof-of-concept development and testing for AI model implementations

• Use Python and other programming tools to conduct data analysis, build prototypes, and test hypotheses related to AI product features

Market Research & Innovation

• Stay informed on the latest AI trends, tools, and model architectures, providing insights to influence product roadmap

• Curate and maintain a knowledge base of best practices for prompt engineering and AI interaction patterns

• Analyze user interaction with AI features, gather feedback, and work with product teams to incorporate improvements

• Research competitive landscape and emerging AI technologies to inform strategic decisions

Performance Measurement & Optimization

• Measure impact and ROI of AI features through business KPIs, usage analytics, and performance metrics

• Develop clear documentation and guidelines for AI features to facilitate understanding and alignment across teams

• Serve as liaison between data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure AI models meet usability, scalability, and accuracy requirements

• Create comprehensive reports and presentations communicating AI product performance and insights to stakeholders
