Job Description

HALO is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across our LATAM engineering and technology practices. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role — you'll work directly with hiring managers across multiple disciplines, building pipelines for technical roles while driving a candidate experience that reflects the quality of the teams you're hiring for.

This role suits someone who runs toward complexity, manages multiple searches without losing momentum, and brings a sourcing strategy rather than waiting for inbounds.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional roles across LATAM

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, including passive candidates

  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor — from role scoping through offer close

  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines across engineering, QA, cloud, data, DevOps, and product disciplines

  • Use recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and inform decisions

  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer stage

  • Participate in ATS management, process improvements, and recruiting operations initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

  • Proven track record recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineering, QA, Cloud, Data, DevOps, and Product

  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other active and passive sourcing channels

  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies for pipeline management

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience hiring across LATAM and supporting distributed or global teams

  • Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal

Preferred Skills

  • Experience participating in ATS implementations or recruiting operations initiatives

  • Background in software services, consulting, staffing, or recruiting agency environments
